This paper describes a generalization of method used for precision calibration strapdown INS. was proposed at the Laboratory Control and Navigation Department Applied Mechanics Control, Lomonosov Moscow State University. The is in practice specific applications. purpose INS to determine parameters instrument errors inertial sensors: accelerometers gyros (angular rate sensors) provide compensation navigation mode. It assumed that assembled located on platform test bench. Test bench performs set rotations, choice which part task. main source data are readings themselves. Two modifications described. In first modification, only from used; second angular provided by also used. estimation algorithms Kalman-type filtering algorithms.
